Leadership is a core component to any organization. AT TRG, we’re no different. Our leadership boasts 20+ years of experience serving, learning, and aiding those with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Every day, there is close collaboration within our Individualized Partnership Plan (IPP) Team, which consists of the following professionals:
- Social Work Coordinators
- Direct Support Professionals (DSP)
- The Executive Director
- The Program Coordinator
- The Family and Case Manager of the Individual
These professionals work hard and do their best to provide the needed assistance and reassurance for our clients. They do their job to deliver client satisfaction and trust so that every individual we serve is comfortable and cared for. Their dedication to providing safe and healthy living circumstances for our clients is admirable, necessary, and one of the best parts of our program.
Mr. DuPrell Hogan is co-owner of Tynique’s Rose Garden. He has more than a decade of experience serving as a Host Home Provider and Group Home Shift Manager and Lead Supervisor. He is passionate about creating healthy pathways for those with disabilities to live and experience their lives holistically. He works alongside Mrs. Hogan to ensure that TRG is ran sufficiently, prioritizing compliance with staff and client wants and needs.
Mrs. Dominique Hogan is co-owner of Tynique’s Rose Garden and has more than a decade of experience serving as a Youth Care Coordinator for delinquent youth, a Direct Support Professional, and a Host Home Provider for individuals with intellectual disabilities. In 2019 she obtained an Associates Degree in Criminal Law and Applied Sciences and founded Tynique’s Rose Garden with hopes of shifting the culture of group home and direct support care services. She is passionate about customized care and finding innovative ways to serve others through TRG. Mrs. Hogan leads TRG to ensure mission and vision alignment.
Miss Araysha Broadus is the Program Manager at Tyniques Rose Garden. She brings years of experience and keeps operations aligned with exceptional standard of quality and care. She is passionate about creating efficient systems, enhancing operations, and ensuring a smooth and compliant organization for the sake of TRG leadership and constituents.
